IMEI-level manifests
Every shipment includes a CSV manifest — one row per unit with model, capacity, color, grade and IMEI — downloadable from your order page and emailed with dispatch. Reconcile stock the hour it lands.
Verified clean, every unit
Each IMEI is checked against the GSMA lost/stolen registry (via the CTIA Stolen Phone Checker) before it enters stock and again before dispatch. Financing status verified on buyback intake.
Data sanitization to NIST 800-88
Every device is wiped to NIST SP 800-88 media-sanitization guidelines and factory reset before resale — the same standard R2v3-certified refurbishers operate to.
30-day functional RMA
DOA or out-of-spec units come back within 30 days for credit or replacement. Returns are IMEI-matched to your manifest; freight on valid RMAs is on us.
Net terms as you scale
Start on prepay, graduate to net-7 → net-30 with order history. Larger programs can run embedded trade credit through our financing partner at checkout.
