Our Price-Beat Promise

• Before you order: found the identical device listed for less on Amazon or Back Market? Send us the link and we'll beat that price — we'll reply with a one-time code that drops your total below the listing you found.
• Within 48 hours after you order: if you spot the identical device cheaper on those marketplaces (or our own price drops), contact us with your order number and we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Many of our prices already undercut the big marketplaces — product pages show a live comparison wherever we track one. This promise is the backstop: either we're already cheaper, or we'll beat the price you found.

• Identical device — same model, storage capacity and condition grade. We match marketplace condition tiers to our grades like-for-like (e.g. a “Good — refurbished” listing compares to our Good grade, not to Fair).
• Live and in stock on amazon.com or backmarket.com at the price you found, when you contact us — sold by the marketplace itself or a professional seller on it.
• The real, everyday price — the advertised price plus any shipping they charge (US shipping from us is free), before taxes.
• Found it cheaper on another reputable marketplace? Send the link anyway — we'll usually beat those too, at our discretion.

• Time-limited flash deals (e.g. Lightning Deals), auction formats, and clearance of open-box or damaged units
• Prices that need a coupon, membership, subscription, trade-in or bundle to reach
• Listings from private individuals, and listings that misstate the device's condition, storage or model
• Obvious pricing errors on either side — we'll say so rather than honor a glitch
• One price beat per order; can't be combined with another promo code on the same order

• 1. Grab the listing link (and a screenshot if you like) showing the device, condition, storage and price.
• 2. Send it to us — the chat bubble in the corner or info@reminttech.com. For a post-order adjustment, include your RM-… order number.
• 3. We verify the listing (usually within a few business hours) and reply with your beat-price code — or confirm your refund for the difference.

The promise applies to retail device purchases on reminttech.com. It doesn't apply to wholesale / trade pricing, bulk quotes, accessories, or trade-in payout values. We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies to that order.
